The Villa Restaurant offers an extensive variety of HOURLY fresh seafood. The Villa specialized dishes include Local, International and Thai Cuisines ,as well as our unique VIP Fish Boats and Private huge seafood trays, which can cater more than 40 persons in one tray, with more than 35 kg of premium Seafood varieties.Guests can select from the Big and Wonderful variety of seafood Display, with a flexible option to be prepared to their taste with recommended flavours of the Master Chef.

The Villa Seafood Restaurant has a Staple strategy, which is to get our freshly caught seafood selections on hourly basis from Abu Dhabi Fresh Seafood Port, Never allow any remaining seafood stock to be served for customers from a day to another. Our Seafood selections vary from Sheri, King Fish, Grey Mullet, Local Hamour, Sultan Ibrahim, Pomfret, Jumbo & Super Jumbo Shrimps, Crabs, Lobsters, Lady Finger, Calamari, Cuttlefish, Clams, Mussels, & too much more … Freshly caught fish not only ensures sustainability but also ensures that a premium product ends up on plate.

The Villa seafood restaurant is a restaurant that specializes in seafood cuisine and other Steaks, Meat, Chicken dishes and Special Sushi & Japanese Cuisine. Dishes may include freshwater Life fish. The Villa concept may focus upon the preparation and service of fresh seafood, as well as High Quality Fresh Meat, Mutton & Chicken. (We never serve frozen products). The Villa Seafood Restaurant also provide retail sales of seafood that consumers take away to prepare, or bring their own fish, and we prepare it for them.

History of Young Company with big dreams:

The Villa Seafood restaurant was a big dream of two close friends, whom used to spend hours and hours daily dining in various restaurants in UAE, but they never feel that, they are getting the proper value, either in food quality, service or value of their money spent.
They often used to share their dreams about having a restaurant brand that can really make it happen in UAE, Our beloved country, after many years of dreams; they decided to make it happen. They will make this restaurant brand, they won’t dream any more.Therefore, the two friends search for a very experienced person with same dream and Philosophy to start their project, and they found the right person, with more than 20 years of successful food & beverage experiences and that was the starting point for making the dream becomes TRUE.

The dream was not that easy to make it happen, we all faced so many difficulties on the way, but our resolve was unrelenting.
We decided to mix International & local Emirati taste in a unique Seafood concept, that’s real distinguished food to the industry, Staying true to our roots decided to venture into establishing a chain of seafood restaurants to further expand our F&B portfolio across UAE, MENA, GCC. The Villa is creating a new Seafood Restaurant culture. This unique approach of gathering all customers’ needs & dreams in a fusion cuisine is set to change the way individuals consume & think about their meals. Each item on our menu tells a story of relationships with individuals. The Villa seafood restaurant culture is innovative, fun and incorporates each aspect of seafood, meat and all other unique food & beverage varieties and its relation to our lives. This new culture respects tradition and recognizes it as one of the important elements on which it is based, while maintaining the importance of tradition.
